If someone buys and downloads an app for iPad through appstore, is it reusable?

If a person buys an app from itunes and downloads it and installs it on the iPad, can another person download that app somehow, without paying the price, accessing the other person’s itunes account and use it on their iPad?

My ipad is connected to itunes and frostwire is compatible for itunes. When I open itunes I see the heading with frostwire and I see the music I jus don’t know how to get it on my ipad?
Okay, to the first answer, I can’t find the folder with my saved music. The only folders that show up under frostwire are “torrents” and “incomplete”

I have my ipod in synch with itunes on my home computer and all the songs are stored there. Is there a way to just use my ipod to play through an empty itunes on my work computer? I don’t want to store the songs on my work computer, just to be able to listen to my ipod without headphones through my computer. I don’t even necessarily need to use itunes, but I imagine you have to somehow. Any ideas?

I just got an iPad for free (wouldn’t have bought one with all the limitations), and the screen is stuck on asking to install itunes and sync. with my computer. I do NOT want to install any iTunes or iCrap on my computer. How do I bypass this ?
Also, I don’t need any updates at this point. I just want to use it right away like I didn’t have another computer around.

I go through my library and check the songs I want to sync and they will not sync in to my ipod. The songs I want are checked but it will only give me certain songs and I have plenty of room left in my ipod. What’s the deal?
